Registration for Grade 9, Grade 10 and Grade 11

The Application must be completed by the parent, or court appointed legal guardian, for each learner applying for a place at Mondeor High School.

 

We require the following certified documentation attached to the application form:

 

- Proof of residence in the feeder area with one of the following:

  • Rental agreement on the property you rent (6 months rental agreement)
  • Current water and lights account (original required)

- If applying with work address - proof of employment on a company letterhead.

- Identification documents of both parents / court appointed guardian.

- Legal proof of guardianship / foster care (if applicable)

- Identification document (or birth certificate) of child.

- Recent passport sized photograph of the child.

- Most recent report from the child's school.

- Clinic card.
